I created my website today. I am very excited. But I know it is not so good. Anyhow, I find computers are really good. I can create something that I have always dreamed of. This is just amazing.
To summarise, I have commanded the technology. I have no idea of how to make it siutable to my students in China.
In the following days I will work still harder to my rationale and some modification of this website.

Congratulations! You did very well so far. I've finished my website but I had no idea how to write the rationale. Actually, I'm not worried about this unit. This unit so flexible but no instructions about what to do. Sorry! I can't give you suggestions. I'm still thinking about how to write the rationale.

Has your website finished yet? You mention we can comment each unit, does it mean you will carry on posting the new information? Or only unit 5 can be accessed?
Firstly, I think there was a typing mistake in the following sentence.I'm not sure, command is an old-fashion word, comment is better, is that what you mean?
Hopefully, you can command each unit of the book through this.
Secondly, I think you choose a good topic to discuss and I'm very interested in exploring more units. Will give you some feedback later!
Finally, your rationale gives me some ideas to write my rationale.
